The Nutcracker

Leslie Spitznagel (Playwright) has been writing in diaries since age 8 and began, publicly, writing the way many other Millennials did; on a blog. She developed her blog (Life of a Starving Artist ) right out of college and wrote about her many audition adventures in the big city. When that didn’t
advance her celebrity status, she deleted it and went back to diaries for a while. Then the pandemic hit and, like many who were bored, she started a Patreon where she wrote Victorian erotica. While it was fun and kept her busy, it also failed to move her forward in any way, but at least she finally got to scratch that itch. With a background in theatre and a lot of time between
gigs over the years, she has written many screenplays, but not submitted or done anything more with them. Until now! Many thanks to friends and family who have encouraged her to write
more.
