Rent the Theatre

• FEES

  • Weekly Show Rental: $450 per week plus 15/85 Gate-share Split​

    • $200 deposit due at signing, will be returned less on any damage to space​

  • Nightly Show Rental (Ticketed): $100 per night plus 30/70 Gate-share Split

  • Nightly Show Rental (Non-Ticketed): $150 per night

  • All Day Social Event Rental, Weekend Only: $300

  • Lobby, Main Stage, Chairs, Dressing Rooms​, Performer Only Restroom

    • Fully ADA Accessible ​

    • (85) Chairs

  • Access to HAC Sound and Lights

    • Equipment​

      • ETC Eos Nomad​

        • (18) LED RGBW Pars​ on (2) Rails

        • Standard Plot - Preset Standard Washes (Warm, Cool, White, Red, Blue, Green)

      • AudioCue

        • (2) In-House Speakers​

        • (4) Hand Held Mics

        • (4) Mic Stands

  • Stage

    • 38' wide by 22​' deep

      • There is no "backstage" or "offstage", the stage area is a black box​

    • 10' ceiling height

• EXTRAS

  • HAC is will maintain and keep all concessions and sales​

  • Client may sell their own merch

  • HAC can assist with ticketing

  • HAC does NOT provide theatrical staff or Front of House

    • If needed, a technician can be provided for $15/hour​

  • Pipe and Drape: $50

    • Black and White drapes​
