ONLINE PRESALE VS AT THE DOOR
A pre-purchased ticket guarantees you the seat of your choosing for the performance. We do accept walk-ins when available, but walk-in ticket sales are not guaranteed nor is a group guaranteed to sit together. Walk-in tickets sales are not subject to processing fees.
PARKING AND ARRIVAL TIMES
HAC has 3 lots available - in front of the theatre, in the side gravel lot, and across the street in the Highview Plaza business center. Doors open for seating 30 minutes before each performance. Arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled performance time.
Latecomers will be seated at the discretion of the House Manager at the first appropriate and safe break that allows for the least disruption for the actors and audience. Alternate seating will be assigned, meaning that your party will not sit together or in the seats that were originally assigned.
NO REFUNDS
Tickets are non-refundable and no credits can be issued for unused tickets.
VOUCHERS AND GIFT CERTIFICATES

PERFORMANCE CANCELLATIONS
Performance cancellations due to weather or other circumstances are very rare. When a performance must be canceled, we will make every attempt to contact you and to make arrangements for an alternative date. Please note: HAC does not offer refunds due to bad weather when a performance is taking place.
CHILD ATTENDANCE
HAC has a “no babe in arms” policy. All persons of any age must have a ticket and occupy their own seat in the theatre. There are no lap seats. Please make sure you review the recommended audience listing and refrain from bringing children to productions that may not be suited for a younger audience. Any disruptive person may be removed by theatre representative(s) as a courtesy to patrons and volunteers.
