JOY BETH DEWITT RILEY
is ecstatic to be returning to the Highview Arts Center stage! Joy Beth has a Bachelor of Science in Theatre from Murray State University where she also studied classical voice. During the day Joy Beth works in arts administration and volunteers as a board member of HAC, and at night she can be found on stages across Kentucky and Indiana. Some favorite past roles include The Witch in Into the Woods, Alice Russel in Lizzie the Musical, Woman 1 in I Love You You’re Perfect Now Change, The Siren in Sirens, and Marmee March in Little Women the Musical. Ride the Cyclone is a favorite for Joy Beth, and she is so excited to ride this ride with you.

Grace Lillianne
is ecstatic to be here! Being one of this cast's swings has been a wonderful challenge, which will certainly rank highly amongst the favorites. Some of which include playing Sabina (The Skin of Our Teeth), Ladahlord (James and the Giant Peach), and Eliza Barrymore (The Hound of Baskervilles). Grace cannot wait to watch the audiences’ reactions to this hilarious and moving show, and is hopeful that those lucky enough to see it will walk away feeling grateful for the ride they are on. Grace's performances, as always, are dedicated to Thomas and T.

OCEAN
EMILY SKIRVIN
is stoked to make her Highway Arts Center debut! Her recent credits include Irene in Crazy For You (CLT), Little Becky Two Shoes in Urinetown (CLT), and the gymnast ancestor in The Addams Family (Muncie Civic Theatre). When she isn’t on stage you can find her serving up a tasty glass of wine at Vintage Lanes in Madison, IN, singing with the band (Roman Toast,) or probably showing you a picture of her amazing doggies, Stella and Toogie. She would like to thank her mom and dad for always being her biggest supporters! Sit back, relax, and enjoy the ride!

OCEAN, CONSTANCE, & JANE DOE UNDERSTUDY
Savannah Weber
is beyond thrilled to be making her Highview Arts Center debut with this amazing cast! Savannah is an Elizabethtown native and has been heavily involved in the arts for the past 12 years! Some favorite past roles include Veronica (Heathers the Musical), Wednesday Addams (The Addams Family), Beth (Little Women the Musical), and Natalie (Next to Normal). Savannah would like to thank the incredible cast and crew for welcoming them with open arms, and making her first show in the Louisville area one to remember! Enjoy the ride!

CO DIRECTOR
TAYLOR CLEMONS
is so happy to bring Ride the Cyclone to the Louisville stage! Previous directing credits include Assassins (Hayswood Theater), A Doll’s House, Part 2 (Wayward), The Humanity Festival (TheatreWorks of So. IN), Significant Other (Wayward), and Spring Awakening (Studio Theatre at UofL). Taylor has worked as a performer with companies including but not limited to Wayward, Centerstage, Pandora, Mind’s Eye, Little Colonel, TheatreWorks, and CompanyOutcast. Taylor wants to thank his co-director Sarah for taking this on with him, and he’d like to thank this phenomenal cast for their continued commitment and enthusiasm about this weird little show of ours.

MUSIC DIRECTOR
JEANNE-MARIE ROGERS
is excited to be music directing Ride The Cyclone this spring! She has been involved in the local arts community for many years as an instrumentalist, vocalist and conductor, currently serving as Minister of Music at St. Marks UCC in New Albany. Recent projects include a Pirates of Penzance Sing-a-long and music direction for Drag Daddy/Chicken Coop’s production of Jesus Christ Superstar. She also performs with the Community Music Alliance Orchestra. A founding board member of HAC, she is gratified to return to Highview as part of this production team to close out their third successful season!

DANIEL RIDDLESMITH
is a Louisville native and has been following his Mother’s footsteps by doing theatre in the area since he was 5. Lately he has been seen as a Hippy, a 9 ft tall horned knight, a founding father, a stripper, a chainsaw handed deadite slayer, a flying rodent of justice, a grief counselor, a gay Mexican crime lord, a green Whovillian with a small heart, a Nice Guy named Eddie, a drug kingpin, a Russian secret agent, a Pharisee, Satan, and a Pimp. When he’s not on stage you can catch him around town making music and shaking his stuff as Cool Breeze with Bette's Burlesque.

STEFFAN CLARK
is excited to be working with such a talented cast on Ride the Cyclone. Even though Steffan holds a B.S. in Theatre from University of Evansville, it’s been a while since he’s been able to be a part of a show. These days he enjoys teaching hip hop classes and spending time with his family and 1 year old daughter Everly. Previous credits include: Actors Theatre: Skeleton Crew at the Bingham Theatre (2017).  Other Theatre:  American Tales at the Kentucky Center, Peer Gynt and  August: Osage County  at the May Studio Theatre, Wild Party and Mystery of Edwin Drood at Shanklin Theatre, Zoo Story at the Trinity Center and  Pride & Prejudice at the Empress. He has enjoyed being able to spend time with his sister Sarah on this awesome project.

STAGE MANAGER
WESLEY THOMAS
is excited to be a part of this production of Ride the Cyclone at Highview Arts Center. No stranger to the community theatre scene, he has been involved with many local productions, both on and offstage. Writing rehearsal reports, taking note dictation, acting as an artistic soundboard, and running the behind-the-scenes cues, he is happy to help his wife, Director Sarah, in whatever capacity she needs for the show. He is so proud of her and this cast - Enjoy the ride!

PROPS
ANNE ZORN
is thrilled to be a part of the crew helping with props and spot for this production. She has been helping out with backstage and tech in various shows for several years, ever since her son Jupiter was bitten by the theatre bug as a child. She spent 12 years homeschooling him but ultimately learned more from him than she could ever teach.

is happy to be a part of this production. You might have seen her in Evil Dead: The Musical as Cheryl or Megan Jones in Puffs. She loves this show and hopes you do too! And remember it’s just a ride <3

ASSISTANT STAGE MANAGER
CARMEN MERIDETH
is super excited to be doing her first show out of high school at Highview Arts Center with Ride the Cyclone. In high school she assistant stage managed Puffs, Mary Poppins, Dracula, Twelfth Night, and was the head stage manager for The Laramie Project: 10 Years Later and The Prom. Carmen also studies art and art history at JCTC.

CONSTANCE
Mimi Housewright
is thrilled to be playing the role of Constance in Ride the Cyclone. She knows how beloved this show is and feels truly honored to bring Constance’s heart and humor to life. Past favorite roles include Tracy Turnblad (Hairspray), Uncle Fester (The Addams Family), and Hatchetface (Cry-Baby the Musical). Huge thanks to her partner Kat, who loves her no matter how busy things get, and to her best friends Myranda and Heidi, who always make sure she's taking care of herself. Thanks for coming and supporting live theatre!

RICKY
Brayden Glass
is excited to make his debut at Highview Arts Center. His recent credits include Percy Jackson in The Lightning Thief (CLT), Bobby Child in Crazy for You, (CLT) and Bobby Strong in Urinetown, the Musical (CLT). When he isn’t on stage; Brayden can be found behind the salon chair at House Of Hue. He would like to thank his family, friends, and his boyfriend, TJ, for all of their support. For Bob and Judy. Luke Skorija
is beyond excited to be making his Louisville Community Theater debut in Ride the Cyclone! Originally from Northern Illinois, Luke just finished his second year studying music therapy at the University of Louisville. Some of his favorite past theatrical roles have been George in Sunday in the Park with George, Joseph in Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, and Jean Valjean in Les Mis. He would like to give a special thanks to his friends, family, and his voice teacher Chad Sloan for their unwavering support. Enjoy this rollercoaster of a musical!

JUPITER ZORN
is thrilled to be a part of Ride The Cyclone at Highview Arts Center! His recent credits include Sally in A Christmas Carol and A Bride in Dracula, both at Clarksville Little Theatre. When he’s not on stage, he enjoys writing, playing guitar and ukulele, and crocheting. He is currently taking voice lessons from Chris Harbeson-Borgelt at Two Grand Studio. He would like to thank his parents, family, and friends for always supporting his endeavors.

is absolutely thrilled to be a part of the team bringing this weird, wild, and fun show to Louisville. Sarah is no stranger to the Louisville theatre scene and tries to get out and support as often as she can. Previous favorites on and offstage include; Carousel, Children of Eden, Dreamgirls, Next to Normal, Nunsense, and too many others to name. She wants to thank her hubs Wesley for always being willing to hop on the crazy rides with her and her co-director Taylor for dragging her all the way to DC to see Ride the Cyclone for the first time. It’s just a ride!

is a multimedia artist, designer, and proud Louisville native. Since 2006, she’s tackled nearly every backstage role theatre has to offer—except hanging lights (heights aren’t her thing). She specializes in set design, prop design, and production management, and currently serves as Development & Outreach Manager for Looking for Lilith Theatre Company. Having been a part of the HAC family for its past 3 seasons, Jill is thrilled to help bring this wild ride to life, with the support of her husband and family, and to continue being part of this beautifully weird and ever-evolving story.

is excited to support the Ride the Cyclone team behind the scenes. By day, she works in technology; by night, theater is her creative outlet. SET CONSTRUCTION
MIKE GUELDA
is back again building things for HAC. He has been a part of the organization since the beginning assisting his wife Jill Marie Guelda on many projects (including hanging all the drywall). He has also been on stage as Christmas Presence in the 2024 production of A Christmas Carol. Mike is a Maintenance Mechanic with Sherwin-Williams at their Product Finishes Facility. While his day job consists of overseeing the machine that makes paint, he has also been a part of numerous set construction projects and strikes with Looking for Lilith Theatre Company, Pandora Productions, and Bunbury Theatre.

MAKEUP DESIGNER
ALYSSA THOMPSON
is a 16-year-old make-up artist with a passion for theater and backstage work. Her journey began on stage at Louisville Homeschool Cottage Program, but she quickly found her calling behind the scenes. She gained experience with Looking for Lilith's Soul Speak/Girl Speak and the LYG Community Creates Program with Kentucky Shakespeare. Her role as Assistant Stage Manager for “Yes, Virginia, There Is A Santa Claus” at Highview Arts Center solidified her love for stage management. In addition to theater, she enjoys face painting and makeup artistry, constantly exploring new techniques and designs.
